For your convenience, we'd like to let you know some important information in advance:

In order to attend any course or event at The Virginia Meeting, you must be registered for it. Each badge will include a barcode, which tracks all courses and events you have registered for. Upon entrance to any course or event, your badge will be scanned. By doing so, we are able to eliminate the need for tickets, and we are also able to track CE credits for each attendee. You may make changes to your registration at any time. If changes are made onsite, VDA staff will print a new badge for you so that the barcode reflects these changes.

If you have a membership number of any type (ADA, military, student, etc.) please be prepared to enter it as it will be required for ID purposes.

Per fire codes, once a course is full, attendees will not be allowed to sit on the floor or bring chairs in from other rooms. Lecture space is limited and available on a first-come, first served basis. No children are permitted in lectures.

Registration Cancellation Policy

All refunds requests must be submitted in writing by August 25, 2017. Conference badges and materials must accompany request. All refunds are subject to a 20% per registration fee that will be processed within 15 business days to the primary registrant. The 20% fee will be calculated based on the original registration cost. Refunds will be processed via check to the original payee within 15 business days from receipt of request. No refunds will be given after August 25, 2017.
