Registration Fees
Advance Registration: $25 (by October 19, 2018)
Onsite Registration: $50

If you are a restaurant or lodging member of the Pennsylvania Restaurant & Lodging Association, please contact the association directly to receive your promo code for a free badge.

Registration Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be granted if a written cancellation request is received before or on September 14, 2018. All payments will be forfeited if registration is cancelled after September 14, 2018. Please submit your cancellation request to info@PAFoodserviceExpo.com.

Show Policies: This event is open to trade professionals only. All attendees will be required to show proper business credentials and photo ID. Due to liability restrictions, no one under the age of 18, including infants & toddlers, will be allowed on the show floor at any time. Students may only attend with educators/faculty organizing a group visit that is approved by both the school and show management. There are no exceptions to these policies.

Sampling: Pennsylvania Foodservice Expo is a business-to-business event and as such we ask that sampling be limited to business. No excessive product sampling will be allowed. Show management has instituted these sampling policies in order to maintain a professional environment.

Editorial Press: All editorial press are eligible for a complimentary pass to the expo hall and all educational programs. Contact us directly at +1-404-994-2918 or info@PAFoodserviceExpo.com to complete your registration.

Non-Exhibiting Suppliers: Promo Codes are only available for qualified attendees. Show Management reserves the right to cancel any registration by a Non-Exhibiting Supplier using a promo code discount to register for the show.
