Registration Information

  1. Complete Steps 1 - 3 for each attendee. All fields marked with a red asterisk are required. To add registrants click on "Add Attendee" at Step 3.
  2. IMPORTANT: A unique email address is required for each attendee (except dental spouse & children). Each attendee must also create a log-in and password at step 2. If you do not have a unique email address for each registration please fill out a paper registration form.
  3. Attending dentist and dental student spouses and children (age 12 and under) may register on the dentist's form at no charge. Non-dentist, spouses, and children must register as a guest.
  4. A confirmation email will be sent to each attendee. The email will also contain the log in and password you selected. Each attendee will be able to log back in to make additions to the registration.
  5. 2017 Continuing Education Verification certificates will only be available by logging into your registration account at the completion of the Annual Session.
  6. Attendees do not need to register for Continuing Education classes unless there is an additional fee. All classes, except SPICE Update, are included in the registration fee and are open to all attendees.
