Throughout his tenure, Tim has witnessed and navigated all the changes in the industry, adapting and evolving the company's strategies to remain ahead of the curve. His vast experience and deep understanding of the industry have been integral to the company's continued success, driving growth and profitability year after year.
Josh Hoover
Vice President
Josh has been working for Custom Registration since 2016. His experience gained from working registration has given him insights into best practices and flows for getting the best out of the processes. As Vice President, Hoover has been involved with the day-to-day operations, creating timetables and milestones for clients, and involved with software development for features and integrations for clients. His technical proficiency in analytics and data logic provides customers with an invaluable advantage in making informed business decisions and maximizing their registration site’s operational efficiency.
Carlos De La Cruz
Senior Project Manager/On-site Operations
Carlos has been working for CustomReg since 2018. As a graduate of Midwestern State University with a degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing, De La Cruz executes tasks with precision and efficiency. Carlos’ responsibilities involve all the essential elements of building the client’s portal and ensuring their successful event launch. Fluent in Spanish, he is CustomReg’s primary bi-lingual team member, which makes him an invaluable on-site resource to all of the company’s clients.
Jimmy Mouton
Director of Sales
Jimmy joined CustomReg in 2024 and has been in the trade show and events industry since 1996. He made the move into Show Management in 2001 where he has managed numerous local, regional, national, and international trade shows and U.S. pavilions throughout his career including city-wide events for BNP/CMP Media and Messe Frankfurt North America. He served as CEO/Managing Director for NuernbergMesse North America and has launched numerous trade shows and event management companies of his own. He launched the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center's Department of Trade Shows and Events after they acquired the International Disaster Conference and Expo from his company. Prior to joining CustomReg, Jimmy moved away from Show Management to serve almost 4 years as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for an event management software and services provider. Given his experience in Show Management and Event Management Software platforms, he is considered a true subject matter expert regarding Event Registration. As such, Jimmy works with CustomReg clients from an SME perspective to ensure they have exactly what they need to ensure a flawless execution of the entire event registration experience..
